Will I be charged during the free trial?
No. Your card is collected up front but you're not charged until the 7-day trial ends. Cancel before then and you won't pay a penny.
What happens after the £5 intro period?
After 3 monthly billing cycles at £5, your subscription automatically continues at the standard £10/month price. We'll show the exact switch-over date on your Billing page.
Does the membership cover my whole workspace?
Yes. One membership unlocks Folio for the whole workspace, not just one seat.
How do I update my payment method or download invoices?
Use the Manage Subscription button on your Billing page to open the Stripe Customer Portal — update cards, download receipts, or cancel any time.
